Avoid wasting time printing and sending physical export documents to be endorsed at a Chamber of Commerce
eEndorse - easy and fast management of all your trade and export documents
If you are used to printing and sending physical export documents for endorsement at the Confederation of Danish Industry, you can save time and effort.
Log in to the Traid platform via the Confederation of Danish Industry, the Danish Chamber of Commerce, the Danish Agriculture & Food Council or SME Denmark, and upload your documents with the eEndorse module directly to the platform.
Reduce costs, time and CO2 consumption
You will save time and money when you digitise your export process, because you will save driving with physical paperwork. It’s also good for your carbon footprint, as you reduce the number of journeys you have to make to get your trade and export documents endorsed and signed.
Everything is gathered in one place. This gives you a quick overview and makes it easy to find your documents.
eEndorse allows you to process documents digitally – both those that need to be endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce and your own export documents, as you can apply digital signatures and stamps to your own export documents. In the price overview below, you can see many more benefits of eEndorse.
It’s easy, fast and now also cheaper with a new and simple pricing model.
Necessary update from international chambers of commerce brings new opportunities
The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) introduced new requirements for digital certificates of origin in 2022. These are the ones that will make your export process easier with digital documents.
How to get started?
You need to set up an agreement with Traid, the supplier of the IT system used by the Danish chambers of commerce. If you are already a customer, you only need an addendum, as there are no changes to your other terms and conditions.
It’s easy to set up an agreement: just fill in the form below. We will send you an agreement or addendum, which you sign digitally. You can then start using the eEndorse module.

Does this mean that we can no longer create paper certificates of origin (COO)?
Paper COOs and digital COOs are not affected by the eEndorse module – it is only the documents uploaded together with a COO for stamping that are affected.
Do we need more than one subscription when we are several users?
Subscription to eEndorse is company dependent – i.e. it covers ALL the users you have now and in the future – regardless of location – as long as it is under the same CVR number.
